Dr.Katherine Fulgence is a Lecturer of Entrepreneurship and Management and the Head of Department, Educational Foundations Management and Life Long Learning at Dar es Salaam University College of Education, University of Dar es Salaam. Katherine received her Bachelor degree (Bachelor of Education with a major in Science) and Masters of Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Dar es Salaam in 2002 and 2004 respectively. She received her PhD from the University of Siegen in Germany. Her PhD explored the influence of Entrepreneurship Education and Skills Development Programme activities on Employability of graduates. Katherine has over 10 years of experience in teaching, researching and has consulted a number of organizations in the areas of entrepreneurship education, project management and formulation, early childhood education, social entrepreneurship and monitoring and evaluation of reforms.She coordinated the Online Postgraduate Diploma programme at Dar es Salaam University College of Education from 2015 - 2018. She previously worked at the University of Dar es Salaam Entrepreneurship Centre as a project manager.
