Profile

Leatitia Gabriel Mashaza is an Assistant lecturer in the Curriculum and Teaching Unit. She completed her Bachelor of Arts with Education at the University of Dar es salaam in 2008. One year after, Mashaza was employed as a Tutorial Assistant by Dar es Salaam University College of Education in the Faculty of Education. In the same year, she continued with further studies to pursue a Master of Arts in Education at the University of Dar es salaam and completed in 2011. From 2015-2016, she attended a Master of Social science Didactics specializing in History, Geography and Civics at the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences in Norway. However prior to joining Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, Mashaza taught some educational courses such as Principles of Curriculum Development and Evaluation, History pedagogy as well as supervising students' tutorials at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate diploma levels. Besides that, Mashaza has been coordinating and supervising Undergraduate students in their teaching practice posting schools across different Regions in Tanzania including Mwanza Rural, Geita, Simiyu, Shinyanga and Kagera Regions. Currently, Mashaza is a first year PhD student at the University of Dar es Salaam in the School of Education..
